The final class in the series focuses on functional movement patterns and neuromuscular coordination. You will use blocks and resistance bands to perform hip circles, sunrise-sunset variations, ankle-to-knee twists with chest presses, and bridge poses with arm movements. The class includes goddess pose variations, wall-based twisting lunges, and finishing twists, with emphasis throughout on maintaining easy breathing and working within your capacity.
